Estimated one-rep max

Estimated one-rep max

Estimated 1RM using Epley's formula, not a guaranteed safe lift.

Calculated result

96 kg

Results are estimates or simple arithmetic, not medical or investment advice.

How it works

Estimate a one-repetition maximum from a completed set. The result is not a verified or guaranteed safe lift.

Method and limitations

Uses the Epley equation. A single repetition returns the entered weight. Estimates become more uncertain as repetitions increase.

Estimated 1RM = weight × (1 + reps ÷ 30); for one rep, use the actual weight.

Frequently asked questions

Should I test the estimated maximum?

Do not rely on an estimate alone for a risky max attempt.

Which set should I enter?
