Terms of Use

1. Service Description

Heltrum is a Life Operating System combining finance, health, fitness, cycle tracking and social features in one mobile app. It offers Free, Lite and Pro tiers.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Heltrum. If applicable law, country/store rules or a specific feature requires a higher age threshold or parental/legal-guardian permission, that higher requirement applies.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for your account security. You may permanently delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.

4. Health Content Disclaimer

Heltrum is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Health scores, calorie/macro calculations and similar content are general information and do not replace professional medical advice.

5. Fitness Content Disclaimer

Workout programs and recommendations are general in nature. Consult a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a health condition.

6. Financial Content Disclaimer

Heltrum is not an investment advisor, bank or financial institution. Budget tracking, calculations and market data are for general informational purposes and do not constitute investment advice.

7. Subscriptions

Lite and Pro are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Purchase, pricing and payment are handled by the relevant store. You can cancel through store settings, restore previous purchases via Restore Purchases, and refund requests follow the store's policy.

8. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You are responsible for your posts, comments and messages. Harassment, hate speech, sexual content, violence/threats, misinformation or scams and privacy violations are prohibited.

• Report inappropriate users, posts or comments through the Report feature.
• Blocking a user hides that user's content from you.
• Violating content may be removed and accounts may be warned, suspended or terminated.

9. Games and leaderboards

Games in Heltrum are for entertainment. Game scores, personal bests and available friends/global leaderboards may be displayed in the app. Cheating, unauthorized score changes, leaderboard manipulation and interference with others' accounts are prohibited. We may correct or remove invalid scores caused by technical errors or misuse.

10. Intellectual Property

The app's design, code and brand belong to Heltrum. You retain rights to content you share and grant us a license to display it within the app.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, in violation of others' rights or in a way that harms our systems.

12. Account Suspension

If you violate these terms, your account may be warned, suspended or terminated.

13. Third-Party Services

The app may integrate with third-party services such as Apple Health, the App Store and Google Play; their own terms apply separately.

14. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee it; temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or force majeure.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heltrum's liability is limited. This does not override mandatory consumer-protection rights under Turkish law.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; mandatory statutory consumer rights are preserved.

17. Apple Standard EULA

Unless we specify a separate End User License Agreement, Apple's Standard EULA applies.
