Data Deletion Request

1. How to submit a data deletion request

• Send an email from the address registered to your account to support@heltrum.com.
• Use “Data Deletion Request” as the subject.
• Clearly state which categories of data you want deleted.
• For account security, we may need to verify that the request was sent by the account owner.

2. What data can you request to delete?

While keeping your account active, you may request deletion of some or all non-essential user data associated with your account on Heltrum servers, including health and cycle records, fitness and workout data, nutrition records, financial records, social content and messages, feedback records, profile photos, and other data that is not required to keep the service operating. Requests are applied to the relevant data categories where technically and legally possible.

3. Data that may be retained while your account remains active

If your account remains open, some authentication and basic account data required for sign-in, account security and service operation may need to be retained. Purchase, subscription or transaction records held independently by Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat or other third parties may not be directly erasable by Heltrum and remain subject to the provider's retention policies and legal obligations.

4. Additional retention period

Once deletion of user data has been approved and completed by Heltrum, no additional fixed retention period is applied to that deleted data. Records that must be retained due to applicable law, fraud/security review or mandatory legal obligations may be kept only for as long as required. Records independently held by third parties are subject to those providers' own retention periods.
